Are Black Mamba Chilli products vegan and gluten-free?

Yes, all of our sauces and condiments are made with natural ingredients and are 100% vegan and gluten-free. We do not use artificial thickeners or animal-derived preservatives.

How long do the sauces stay fresh after opening?

Once opened, we recommend storing your sauce in the refrigerator. It will typically maintain its peak flavor and heat for up to 6 months when chilled.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to most major international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

How do you measure the heat levels of your sauces?

We use a heat scale ranging from 'Mild' to 'Extra Hot' (including our famous Venom range). While heat is subjective, we calibrate our batches to ensure consistency in Scoville intensity.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
